I would think if the mileage is decent on the motor/transmission it would be, since you're getting all the interior pieces and some extra goodies along with what I would consider a swap, since from what I can tell that car shell is beyond repair...

if you have the time to spend sanding the whole car and redoing the whole body then i say go for it. but offer him like 900. also the lights and rims look stupid IMO. so that a negitive. do whatever you want.

I guess the more I look at it, the more beat it does seem, but as I posted earlier, it would have to be a decent motor in there. If it's stock it better be immaculate and low mileage, if not it better be a motor to end all motors. But I doubt it considering the condition the car is in. That's no sleeper either, unless there's a new style out "yO-zorz I'm goin for that mad tyte Junkyard Immobilized look" haha

i would say that its not worth anything unless he has a motor in there cause look how much work the car needs. u need to look at all the bad things
rust, dings, ricey parts,interior is taken out, needs primer and paint after all the dings are taken out. just to much work tell him u will take it off his hands for him. unless theres a motor. if there is a motor then its worth something if it runs and depending on what motor is on it.

i payed 1200 for my 1994 dx coupe; completely stock besides some ricer tails.

 

800's probably a fair price if there's like...an engine in there..

 

it is pretty beat! imo, it is not worth it. try to find good deals. i bought my 1992 hb for 1200 off the original owner in excellent condition. i would say just be patient til you find a good deal.
