Default 225/45/16x7.5inch with offset 30 or 42mm

Will I run into problems when using a 7.5x16 inch with an 225/45 tire and offset 42mm. Is it possible that it rub on the suspension? MY fenders are pulled about 0.75 inch, but Iīm too scared of an 30mm offset. What do you think?

Now I have 8.5x17inch with 225/35/17 and I rub very little when driving hard. But donīt forget the 225/45/16 has 18mm more diameter than the 225/35/17.

The 7.5x16 offset 30mm sticks 12mm more into the fender than the 8.5x17. But I donīt know if the more diameter tire will rub on the fender.
