I've decided to try and pimp my skills out to the community of Honda-Tech.com, i've been porting a LOT of things and decide to try and see if anyone would be interested in having me port and polish their d16/b16/b18 thorttle bodies.

standard sizes for d16 throttle bodies are 56mm, i port mine to 63mm 7mm over OEM!

standard b series throttle bodies are 60mm i port mine to 68mm 8mm over OEM!

b series throttle bodies can also fit on d series manifolds with slight modifications to the manifold, if you run one of my b series throttle bodies on d series manifolds that will be 12mm over OEM d series!

all throttle bodies will be ported & polished to the desired specs the buyer would like. the throttle bodies recieved a MIRROR polish job.

The throttle body butterfly also recieves a mirror polish finish

If anyone would be interested in my work charge will be 75.00 per throttle body buyer sends their throttle body they would like done. turn around will be around a week. this is a cheaper alternative to high end expendsive throttle bodies. i port the throttle bodies to the maximum extend the thorttle body can go and then polish it to a mirror finish. if anyone is interested or would like pictures of the finish product please pm me with your email. if no one is interested that is fine, just thought i would throw it out there.

i normally polish the throttle body about 4 times to get the desire mirror polish finish...
