Default Spool of larger turbos (67mm+)?

1: About what RPM do these turbos spool (moderate full boost - 15 to 18 PSI) on engines around 2L?

2: Anyone who has driven or owns a car with a larger turbo, how responsive would you say it is?

3: Any dyno graphs showing torque, HP, and RPM?

I am trying to find graphs of these large turbos on smaller engines to see about when they will spool on my street / strip MR2. I want something that will spool to moderate boost levels by around 5500 RPM.

It would be hard to compare a 3SGTE motor to a Honda B Series motor, the head flow is different as well as the strokes of the motors. Just because a 67mm turbo hits full boost on a 2.0 Liter LS/VTEC does not mean it will spool the same as a 2.0 Liter 4G63 Mits motor or 2.0 Liter Toyota motor or 2.0 Liter 3SGTE . Each of the combos have different bore and stroke configurations. Exhaust size and downpipes have a big effect on spool if not the biggest, also what size turbine A/R is factored in as well.

I will say that TD Autowerkes Damian on here may be able to shed light on big turbos on an MR2 since they built one of teh fastest if not the fastest MR2 in the country

Overall displacement has the most impact on spool, though. Cam timing can be adjusted to shift the powerband around, and the ECU can be tuned to give a little better spoolup, but in general the shape of the torque curve (or at least the left half) will be pretty similar for a given displacement.

But I just want a general idea. Here and Evoolutionm are the next best places to ask since there are maybe 10 MR2s now using turbos larger than 67mm, and several of them dont actually run yet.
