Help, when I exit the freewayand brake, I get a pull?

Help, when I exit the freewayand brake, I get a pull?
When I usually exit the freeway I'm going like 60mph and I usually start braking, but when I start to slow down , the RPM gauge shoots from like 2 to 0, and then back to 2, and I get this tug o_o, anyone know? I'm sitting there like wtf I just **** my pants, nah jk
