The DA belongs to Hondatec38, and his friend owns the EG.
Here's the DA in its new form. Oh and it is currently running a NA LsVtec setup.

it's a DARE PA plate, so he is from pennsylvania.
he dates my neighbor and is always at her house so i see him all the time
