Default Anyone heard of ZR racing headers before???

My buddy has some ZR racing headers that Im thinking about possibly getting them, but I need some more info on them. They say its 50 state legal and so forth. Plus for $150 its not a bad deal. Just need some 411. What kinda quality are they? Some help would be appreciated. Thanks

spend 139 shipped and get the edelbrock pro series header from summit. then do the 2.5" collector mod. all for under 200$ and its a kick *** header!

I got one on my '95 accord and it is really nice. I got it for $91 shipped it fits perfect and the butt dyno shows small gains.

I have a ZR Racing Header on by 2004 Honda Accord 4 cylinder sedan. Honestly, I would never consider buying it ever again. The thing rattles like crazy at stop signs, does not seal very well (slight leak despite being new), and it just makes my otherwise newer model car sound like an old beat down 90's accord modified by some ricer. Talk about absolute junk-quality! Yea it's cheap and all, but I'd rather save up for a nicer piece rather than forking out the cash to end up with a crappy performing header. I didn't even feel a difference on the butt-dyno to be honest. Actually, the stock header felt a lot better and performed smoother all round. The "ZR" in the company name stands for "Zero Results". They're just out to collect a small margin on their knock-off products and could care less about the performance gains.

P.S. I apologize for contributing to this "old thread". I just thought it be appropriate to share my unpleasant experience with this brand.
