Anyone have the center caps available for the 17" Volk TE37's?

"For cheap "Ghetto Racing" centre caps....Go to your local BMW dealer and get either part # 36-13-1-095-361 (you will have to take these apart) or 36-13-1-181-080. Paint to match or whatever and stick on...They cost like $5.00 each. Fit sweet too....."

(you will have to take these apart) What does that mean? Take apart the center cap?? I thought caps are 1 piece. I have volk GTPs will these fit??
