I've heard of KG/MM springs.

From what I remembered, alot of guys were running the koni yellow combo w/ KG/MM springs and loved it. If you do a search on s2ki, there will be a large amount of topics about it

KG/MM is definitely not ebay backyard stuff. They're a really reputable company. They're very JDM, so thats why you havent heard of them. They're not lowering springs. They're race springs. Meant to be placed on a threaded coilover perch. Good company....but what are the spring rates? Even good springs with the wrong rates will handle like garbage.

KG/MM is very well known. They make good stuff. Their best work is the custom stuff they do for race teams

I had them for years. I liked them, but wanted some ability to change things some so I went to adjustable coilovers and shocks. I thought they were a good spring and never had a problem with them.

I did for about 15,000 miles. It's better if you were to get better shocks, but it can be done.

i have them now, kg/mm race springs with koni yellows. I simply love the set up. They are pretty stiff springs but ride very well. They should be gold colored by the way.

funny. i just bought some used springs and thought they were tein h techs. apparently they are not. they have a peculiar design where they coil bind two coils in the middle to create a composite spring rate. when i saw a picture of their springs, i knew it wasnt teins that i have.

upon further research, the gold springs are their "DR Racing" line. 35mm drop. front 8.9/3.5k, rear 9.8/4.0k. the black springs are the street spec "DR21 SUPER SPORT", 15mm. as advertised at least.

they might make race springs like swift (probably made by swift if they are) or eibach race springs, but these are simply lowering springs.

kg/mm is just a suspension company. As was stated already--they do make "race" spring rates, but they also make your standard drop springs and they make coil-overs. They have been around for a long time and are very popular in Japan.
