Default Skunk2 IM help!

I have this small problem of trying to identify this part...it won't let me post under performance.
This is for a TYPE R (as far as i've researched).
Please help to identify...

Ok guys, here's a quick summary.

I bought this Skunk2 IM from a guy 2 1/2 hours away from me. He said he took it off a "GSR" engine.
I saw it, and it seemed similar to mine (i have a JG/EDel IM and my OEM one).
The ports seemed the same...blah blah blah.

Well the following morning (after a 2 1/2 trip back and a 100+ speeding ticket!), i tried to install it and the upper part of the bolt pattern was differnt from mine!

Here's the situation. My 97 GSR has a 4 row across bottom and upper part for the cylinder head (where the IM connects to).
Now, this IM i got didn't match because it has a 3-bolt "zig-zag" design above. However, the bottom is still 4 in a row.

Than there was a lil meet with a few friends, and out of curiosity i checked one of their engines out (an LS). And the pattern seemed exactly the same.

I called this guy back up tonight and he said that it DID come out a GSR engine.
He explained that he had a 93 GSR!!!
I told him that i asked him prior that i had a 97 gsr and if it would fit? He said yes.
But now he said he would've never known.

So here's my dilemma. I went to skunk2's site and they have in fact a skunk2 IM for a B16A-B, B17A, B18c5 (Type R)....Which would be his engine...
Skunk2's Specs

Can anyone help. I want to sell this to someone else, but i don't want to give them a false statement of what car it belongs to. Please help.

93 gs-r and 97 gs-r are different. a us-spec 93 integra gs-r came with a b16/type-r style head.so the manifold is for a type-r, which also fit his 93 gs-r, and thats why it doesn't fit your 97 gs-r
