The above rank list is determined via differences between all of the aftermarket cams compared to Civic Type R cams. Ties in the rank list are broken by taking the cam that has proven more peak power as the "better" cam.

Yeah it is very close between the two.
I think the Toda C is more streetable so it can be reversed.
When I made the list not many people had the Stage 3's though and lots of info was saying that the off-VTEC was same as the Stage 2's(much like Toda B and Toda C having same off-VTEC).
There are some that are so close that I just had to go with the more dyno plots I have seen and since I have only seen one of stage 3's and severl spec c's I went with spec c's. Kinda a bad way to pick it but most people get the idea that anything over JUN III is nuts!!!

although I'd put skunk2 stage 3's over Toda C for wildest...but right now I guess I own the wildest cam hehehe
