1994 honda accord exr vibration

1994 honda accord exr vibration
Im getting a vibration or pulsation on low speed acceleration and low speed braking. It even almost feels like a knocking. I have replaced pads and rotors all around, anyone have any idea?

Well first of all, there's not enough information from you.. Second, I find that low speed vibrations are usually tire/rim related.. I'd start there first..
