Default Future S2K owner....hopefully...

S2K owners I hope you don't mind me asking how much you pay for insurance on your AP1/AP2. I'm 21, I have 1 ticket on record. Right now i'm paying $112 just for liability on my 95 Civic Si and I'm insured w/ Farmers. I came across some good deals on a few 2003 S2k's. I already know I can get approved for a loan, but insurance is what I am worried about. If any of you guys don't mind sharing i'd greatly appreciate it.

Man I don't know what your budget is but the insurance is pretty high. I'm 20 with an accident form 2 years ago it comes off my record in 3 months thank God, but for mine I pay 440 but I also live in Louisiana which is notorously high for insurance. But expect something around that.

^^^^ Gawd dang. Is that a month? Geezus. lol

21 years old, 1 ticket, $105 a month, Full Coverage, Customized aftermarket parts insurance, and GF works in insurance. Maybe thats why

keep the civic....trust me...its better as a DD

ANDDDDD

you can then insure the S as a second car and pay next to nothing for insurance....trust me...i have a 97 hatch and an 02 S and insurance for BOTH is cheaper than insurance was on my Integra GSR.

hmm...I'll call my insurance and see if I can get a quote for just the S alone and for both my EG and the S. Thanks for all the help. Oh yeah one more question, just wondering if this is a good deal. Found a 2003 AP1 Sebring Silver w/ 20,XXX miles, 1 owner for 23,495. Does that sound like a good deal? Or should I ask for lower? Appreciate it.

All state...Im 21, i think i still have 1 accident on record (i blew a tire in my EG a couple of years ago around a bend, slid into WET GRASS so i couldnt stop..and knocked over a portion of a fence.), i pay $675 every 6 months. so thats $112 a month for my 00 galant and my S2k full coverage on both. so i guess, what it comes down to is Allstate FTW

AAA 26 years old, 140 a month for liability on my altima and full coverage on the s2k. clean record too. it was actually only 5 bucks cheaper a month if i kept only the s2k.
