Hose From Head to Air Intake

Does anyone know the official part number of the little rubber hose that goes from the head to the air intake and all the little fixings that go with it? I need to buy a stock one so I can put my stock intake back on, but I don't know the part numbers. Anybody know for sure?

U could find the exact hose u want at the dealership, or go to a harware store and find the same diameter hose and meaure how long u need and cut off a piece urself, pretty easy both ways.

Ohhh yeah, better way to go, Also Napa, Autozone, or w/e you like.
