Default BAD heat - did research couldnt find any answers please help

ok i have a 94 integra gsr and the heat was barely even warm at all when it was coming out and i never switched the thermo so i did that first because its cheap and you cant go wrong with that...i am going turbo so i bought one of those thermos on ebay that open at a colder degree i guess? and i flushed the whole colling system ,filled with new coolant, bleed the system and im pretty sure i did everything correct..the heat became a little warmer but not good enough for whats to come within the next couple weeks! whats my problem? my switch to go from cold to hot on my panel is broken so how i switch it is under the dash on the passenger side you can see the cable and what it hooked up to so i just used to push that plastic piece back and forth and everything used to be good , i recently took out my AC i dont know if that could have an effect or what? any ideas?

The valve that lets the coolant into your heater core might be stuck shut. Follow where the hearter core goes to the car and move it with your hand. There will be 2 cables on it.

You should go to your nearest autoparts store and buy a new thermostat for your integra. Get a regular one. You don't need to get any of the premium or nothing. Ebay stuff are really crappy, and a thermostat from an autopart store is no more that $10. Go buy a real one and not ebay. I just don't trust ebay that much with their quality.

in addition, if you bought a lower temperature thermostat, that means your car warms up slower than a thermostat with a higher temperature. I think. Its been a while since i did my own thermostat so i'm not quite sure.
