Where to get Good Hood Pins that dont rust?? Going on Carbon Fiber Hood.
I've had my CF hood on my CRX for over 2 years, never had hood pins and been well over 100mph many times (on the track). If you adjust your latch and hood correctly, you don't need them unless you just want the look.

It really depends on the hood, I know of a handfull of people who spent plenty of time adjusting the latch and hood on their various cars and still had it fly up on them on the highway after a while.
Not that I don't believe you can run without them safely I'd just say that it would be at least an added measure of safety.
On a related note my hood pins are rusted...

Go to the auto parts store and pick up a set of aluminum hood pins. They are like ten bucks and aluminum dont rust.
