Why isnt he in prison for fraud yet? Seriously Stan, are you going after him legally? Seems like there should be something like a class action lawsuite or the FBI should be involved since he's ripped people off all over the country and world!

All I can do with him is a civil lawsuit which does not empose prison time. All it does is put a judgement on his credit report for the amount that he owes me.
I'd imagine he posted bail until the court date. The real prison time will come after the court date depending on the sentencing

LOL. Sad story. I feel like I am the only human being on Earth that Matt took care of and came through for. It figures that drugs had to be involved when you're taking that much money and not delivering.
