When biulding your head, what is the best parts to go with besides spoon, mugen, or anything not pocket breaking? Thinking about ITR or buddy club.

no clue what your talking about.....building your head for what? turbo? NA? Nos? supercharger? What are you planning on doing with your bottom end. Compression plays a huge role as well...... question is pretty vague. Please elaborate...
