o2 primary sensor

i have done the h22 swap in my 96 accord ex i have replaced the heater o2 sensor and it is still throwing a code 41 i have switched from the accord o2 sensor to the prelude o2 sensor is it something that i can do to let this code go away??

Are you getting power to the heater circuit of the sensor?

Is the car supplying power to the sensor heater like it should?
