Non-VTEC B-series springs and the H23 springs are interchangeable. H22 or VTEC B-series are not.

Interesting. Crower lists completely different specs for the B-series VTEC vs. the H22.

i dont think he ever got around to pressure testing them to see when they bind. But given that they have the same dimensions, one could infer that they would work. I'd have to see a pressure test before i could trust the use of them tho.

Not having measured them myself, I can't speak to the stock springs. However, Crower's H22 springs are dimensionally different from their B-series VTEC springs, both in OD, ID, and coil bind. Pressures are also different, that that is obviously something that could be altered by Crower depending upon application.

This is not to say that the stock springs have the exact same dimensions as the Crowers, though it's curious that the company would size them differently if the stock pieces share the same sizing.

Depends. If you have a high pressure BVTEC spring it will be a nice medium pressure sport HVTEC spring.

It uses the same spring, but the actual specs will be different of course for each motors. Don't just swap over any spring kit to either motor. Make sure its the right spring rate for what you are doing.
