Default 87 accord exi help

my brother drives an 87 accord and it had problems earlier and we've replaced the fuel pump, alternator and the battery. it was working fine for a bit but now its gone all screwy again. he would drive normally and it would start shaking and start slowing down even when he presses on the gas. so hes going 10km/hr even though he has the gas pedal all the way down. what could be wrong?

Fuel flow? fuel filter been changed?
Those TEK dist rotors were good at shorting to ground and loss of full spark was the result.

If it rained and the gas cap let water run into the tank I'm sure it could cause some problems
