Default wobble

ok so ya evrytime im driving my car it feels like it wobbles in the back.
I check my tires and everything is fine i dont see no bubbles that will cause my car wobble and from the outside the tires dont wobble at all they stay in place.
also i hear a loud noise in the back like a thump and i check if my tires are hitting or rubbing anything but everything is ok . Wat can cause this problem or wat am i suppose to look for?
Also i dont think it makes a difference but when i check my drums in the back their not black or normal color their like corroded like orange brown does it mean i have to replace the whole rear drums or is just my bearings causing the noise?

to the naked eye it might seem like the tires may be ok, but they in fact might be bubbly. are they old?

switch the front and rear tires and see if the front feels weird then. it might have a bubble that happened during install or over a bump. are your lugnuts tight? how about your trailing arm bushings?
