does a 97 LS have a FITV..?
i did a search but didn't specify what yr/model FITV's came on..
any help would be appreciated, pics appreciated as well!

 

ok..after doing some more searching, i answered my question.
i am still having a problem with my idle at start up tho.
i cleaned out the IACV, fired it up, still fluctuates from around 800 down to almost dying, back up to 800, back down, then finally idles fine at around 800..
any ideas would be appreciated.

 

might want to check your compression. one cylinder being signifcantly lower than others can cause a very rough idle while the engine warms up.

 

the thing is this was happening when i bought the car. the original motor in my car blew, and is now replaced with another 97 LS motor..
so i doubt it would be that..
