Default No power when engine is warm?

My boss's 91 Accord is suffering from a lack of power at low RPMs when the engine is at normal operating temperature. The lack of power lasts untill around 3k, then it goes back to normal. Power is perfectly fine when the engine is cold.

Any ideas?

Im having the same problem in my 96. I cleaned the egr, seafoamed the intake, ran lucaslube through my gas tank, and nothing has seemed to make a difference. I should add that I've changed the plugs, cap, rotor, and have a sri on it as well..Subscribed.
