We are about to order more units. What size would you like? We do have an intercooler that would work up to 400whp that is very compact. Here is a pic.
215mm x 203mm x 102mm bar and plate design side mount intercooler. Specifically designed to be mated with our TO4B Cost on these units is $240.00

Since you are kind and you asked, i would love to find a good IC like yours seem to be in the size 30X6X3 or 30X6X3.5, i want it to fit my EK but i'd like it to stay fairly low, so my radiator is still getting good air and since the IC i efficient i don't have a need for a bigger one.

The small one isn't bad, but i do want an FMIC.

It can be made to fit in the front of the car.
I will order some that are the size you are looking for but it will be a while before they are in. Since we make them it has to fit into our manufacturing schedule and on a small run like that one it will take 2-3 months for a time to open up for us.
Thanks for your reply.

We can modify one of the larger ones if you are needing one sooner.

The drop at that psi is 1.5 psi.

The coating is a black coating that help dissipate heat from the i/c. I actually pulls heat out of the metal. We also put it on the comp covers. We have seen 10bhp on the dyno just from putting the coating on the comp cover.

I really don't care what it does i just wanted a black IC for the looks! It improves performance? Well that's o.k. with me. Is the coating expensive?

Too bad it's a long wait for core that i'm guessing would support 450-500WHP.

You can't just paint an i/c. Paint becomes an insulator and causes bad efficiency, the coating we apply acyually extracts heat from the i/c it's self and increases the efficiency. AKA makes it work mo better.

Is the CORE 33X11X3.5 on the one with the straight in/out? What is the inlet/outlet size, and how much is the coating? I might have to pick one of these up.

The i/c is 33X11X3.5 and the coating is going to be an extra $95.00.

The core is a 24x11x3.5. The 33" is the overall lenght

Sorry for all of the questions, but do you have any tests or anything that show that it actually has only 1.5psi drop at 29psi, because I just want to make sure this thing is for real and not an ebay peice of crap that I am spending $300 on.

I don't blame you at all for asking the questions. Ebay has made it alot harder to do business on the net, some of the places on there have really sold some junk to folks.

I will see what I can round up for you.
