I just looked on the head behind the exhaust manifold and saw a bolt with a large washer, anyone know if this for an optional Engine Block heater? I want an external bolt on engine block heater for my stock 91 hatch std, and honda dealer just said the part that was made by honda has been discontinued, but to look on head for a removable bolt that can be replaced with an EBH.

 

you must need a new battery or starter,cause it doesn't get that cold here in nj.
