How much do you think a shop or person would charge to switch everything over from a car that has been totalled to a bare shell? Im talking like everything, dashboard and harness, full interior, doors, suspension, gas tank, everything in the engine bay pretty much everything. I am curious about how much someone would charge to have this done.

Tow it down to NOVA, I'll do it for 500 bucks less than what a shop wants

I'll do it for free, just pay me 2000.00 for lunch. I would say 1500-2500 for a swap over.

Just do it yourself homie, go spend a few hundred bucks on tools, and go to town... It's worth saving $2,000-$3,000.
