Default Camshaft install

how difficult is it to install new camshafts? I didn't find a write up on it.

Not bad actually. I only have experiences with SOHC's though, I don't know if a DOHC is harder or not.

Get a helms manual or chiltons. They are awesome and will show you the proper way to do just about ANYTHING.

Go buy the January issue of HCI (Hot Compact & Imports) Magazine.
HUGE write up on Camshaft removal & replacement. Pgs. 70-73.
Step by step...LOTS of pics. And a good piece on Brian Crower turbo shafts...

Very simplistic, all you need to do is go down to your local parts store and buy a $15 hayes manual, and it has the step by step instructions in there, along with torque specs.

Thanks for the info guys, it's a sohc to be exact. I swing buy the local parts store and pick up a manual.
