Default 91 d16z6. putting in an o2 sensor?

d16z6 in a 91 crx-hf, im needing to put my o2 sensor into my car. the only proplem is wiring is something completely new to me when it comes to changing it and customizing(doing it yourself). So i need to start.

my o2 sensor is a 4 wire sensor, that needs to be wired in because my o2 plugs are 2 wire. I dont know where to start to save my life, mostly cause its new to me since i avoid electrical like the plague, and nothing in the searches or manuals ive looked into lead me anywhere.

a walkthorugh, link to one, simple explanation, stfu even (plz no) would be much apprieciated.

Wires on 4 wire O2:

WHITE: Signal Wire
GREEN: Signal Ground
2 BLACK: Both black wires are the heater circuit wires.

Using a P28 ECU (and should work for most obd1 ecu's with 4-wire controls)

Run O2 Sensor signal (white) To D14
Run O2 Sensor signal Ground (green) to D22 (or any good Ground)
Run O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Control (black) to A6
Run the other black heater circuit power wire to (A25) or any good switched +12VDC source.

(you may mix up the black wires... if car dies after it is warm/10-30 seconds, that's the first thing to swap over and troubleshoot.. theres no way to tell one from the other by looking at them)

good luck

also, you may have a diff type of 4wire o2..if you dont have the kind La-Quiete described, and its 2 whites a black and a gray then,

white=12V

white=heater

black=ground

gray=signal

after messing, or trying to mess with, im at a problem cause my ecu/wiring skills are lacking. I need to change that so here my next question i need help with:

how the crap do i read this manual!! ARRR. i understand the concept of the wiring..but whre the hell do i find where the wire exactly? A6, D14 etc etc. a picture of the plugs with a diagram or a good explanation to kick me off to start this would be great.

Oh woe is me for being such a noobie at this. (why i avoid it )

*bump*

i got it wired but im still getting codes thrown. i cant check them right now so it might be something other than the o2 which i just wired up. but..

WOO I WIRED THE O2 SENSOR WOOOO. but did i do it right? I got the conversion harness on it to begin with before i got the car and this is how i wired it yesterday (first time wiring EVER):

(c) = conversion harness wire (o2) = o2 wire

(o2)white -> (c)white -> D14
(o2)green -> (c)green -> D22
(o2) black -> (c)blue -> A6 (already connected)
(o2) black -> (c)red -> A25 (this was spliced already into the ecu when i got it)

i hope my above illustration clearly shows how i did it. Does it look right? if so or not what is wrong, or what could be a variable of error.

btw: how do i read codes? Like frind them and identify what number code it is. stupid question, optional aswel. just new stuff for me.
