Default need some help with my build on my gsr head.

a guy is selling crower stage 3 cams valve spring and retainers and cam gears complete crower kit. For a really good price. I messaged him to see what motor he was using. He told me it a stock b16 and that his car ran nice and was pretty powerful with the crower setup. So all these people have been telling me, you cant run stage 3 its too big of a cam it wont work etc. So is this seller lyin to me about yes i can run these and my motor will be fine. the seller said people run boost on a stock motor. So cams is no big difference just more lift and duration. If these dont fit i would just like to know. Anyways would i be safe and ok to run stage 2 crower cams g. Im just wondering if this is capable of runnin the stage 3 crower. Im running a stock b17a1 block, im only modding the head this season.

with the stage 2 crower cams it says will remain a stock idle, these cams should be ok for me. Im not going to be racing hardcore just want a little more power out of my daily driver and a sense of reliability. I will go to the track odd time to run the 1/4 mile.

if anyone can help me with a good setup besdies the stage 2 crower cams what else should I do to my head?

valvetrain, Intake manifold, bpi velocity stack for cold air?, I have a greddy header already and cat back exhaust stainless steel all way out. So any help would be great. thanks alot.
