i do have to apology and i want to make sure i do on the first sentence here. i am sorry for the raid, and i am sorry for the incorrect statements above.

i got incorrect information prior to posting the comment above this afternoon. and later on during the day everything was cleared up to me as far as what actually took place. i tried calling you but your phone service didnt go through and only now back at work at midnight am i able to get back to this thread and make my apologies.

jayzon bought a car that had stolen parts on it, that he did not know at the time. and with a few phone calls the case was dropped because too many owners were on title of the car and it was too hard to get a solid felony case developed.

as far as the po and the priors. this information was told to me and this is why the raid needed to be done. i cant access the database to verify this background history since im not the lead detective on the case. but because i was given incorrect information prior, i will delete the entire post. because i cant rely on the information at this point.

as far as the raid...detective gonzalez wanted it done along with detective burt. so as far as the raid is concerned that was going to take place no matter what.

so i am sorry for receiving very bad information, as it relates to you stealing them, and the prior convictions, probation etc... part.


i hope you will answer the phone later today when i call you to personally apologize for my previous comments. i know it wont make things better but i think its the right thing to do. and i have no ego so its not hard for me to apology to you at all. and besides when your wrong, your wrong and things need to be made right. atleast an effort needs to be made.
