Emissions Question
Ok so heres the setup
99 Integra OBD2 w/ a chipped obd1 p28
now I failed cuz I have a OBD1 p28 in it and they couldnt get a connection cuz its obd1 so I fail automatically
BTW this is in Washington
Now it says if I spend $150 dollars and fail again then I can get waived but it says ill havta have the correct motor well I have ls/vtec w/ b18a1 block will they just look at the code on the block or what? Or will I havta get a obd2 ecu?
