Timing problem
OK, let me see if I can explain this. I have a 92 hatch with an LS/VTEC.
B18B Block
JE 9:1 Pistons
H-Beam rods
A/C Block Guard
Golden Eagle LS/VTEC Kit
GSR Head
Full valve train
GSR cams
ARP Head Studs
T3/T4 .58/.63 57 Trim Turbo
Tial Wastegate
Greddy style BOV
Equal Length Manifold
FMIC
Aluminium fuel rail
Walbro 255 lph Fuel Pump
B&M Fuel pressure regulator
B&M Fuel Pressure Guage
Right now I'm having a really rough idle. When I look at my Power FC Commander, it says that my idle timing is at 16 deg. but after about 15 seconds it will go to 33 deg. WTF? After that the car dies. I don't have a stock ECU to check and see if its the Power FC so thats out. I've changed the plugs wires cap and the whole ******* distributor and still nothing. the timing looks like its set perfect. I took out my precision 880 injectors and put back in stock ones but still no good. And yes i made sure to change the settings on the Power FC when i changed the injectors. This is making my head hurt. I've cleaned the IACV and thats not the problem, the TPS is set good, the MAP is Stock and new. everything is new damnit. the coolant is good with now bubbles. I don't have my compression checker with me right now so I can't check the compression but i don't think that the head gasket is blown because theres no white smoke. theres a little bit of black smoke but i think that its running rich. Oh and I did jump out the service port when i adjusted the timing. I don't think thats theres anything else. I swear to god, if I can't get this ******* thing going then i'm going to douse it in gasoline and set it on fire and grab a ******* bag of marshmellows. What about valve adjustment?
Any input would be good.

it doesnt have to pour white smoke for the HG to be bad...Bubbles in your coolant means its getting pressurized from somewhere...Mainly exhaust gases that are bypassing the HG
And honestly when I cant get a motor timed correctly I just start over and redo it
