B16a Overheating
Can somebody maybe give me some info about what may be the causes of my car over heating. I took out the thermostat and it still tends to run pretty hot. I looked at my radiator and it looks to be still in good condition even though it is the stock radiator that I had in when I had the hf motor in my car. I have't checked my water pump yet, but if thats the problem then I don't know. Can anyone Help me.

How long have you had the b16a? you should always change the water pump with swaps because you never know how long the motors been alive for. If your radiators fine and your thermostat is fine i would blame the water pump. just pull the timing belt off and see if it turns freely and that there is no leaking from it. btw what radiator do you have?
Yeah I Know I should changed that out when I did the swap but thats what I get for being lazy, I'm not sure og the radiator, but it is really thin I think it is the same one I had on my car when the HF motor was still in it. I have the motor a little less than a year, and its been doing fine, so I guess it's time to change out the damn water Pump.
