Not to bash your price, but its about 2 grand high considering you can easily get left over for 8000 OTD

 

yea man, erase or edit a price before you get flamed. I think you can get a BRAND NEW one on ebay for less than 8k..

whats a good price to ask for then? like so i dont loose alot but make it reasonable

mcnews.com lists it as 8025 for used value.
That's a fairly generous offer for that bike. Considering that for just a little more people could get a new one. That's what you gotta think about.
It's sad seeing all these brand new bikes that people keep trying to sell for thousands over MSRP. It makes me wonder what possessed them to buy them in the first place.
Some guy in the Seattle craigslist keeps listing his 06 GSXR600 for like 10,400, and it's been laid down.

 

if you want to get as much as you can hold onto it for a few more months and sell it when the season is starting up again and bikes are going for more than they should be

Just curious where you got yours? The local stealerships were all asking $11,500+ in my area. I thought if people are paying $1K+ more for a 600cc than the R1 it must not have been your ordinary 600cc sportbike, like the R7. Still I don't think I can get used $10K+ for a 600cc.

DAMN' the new r6 is hella nice, wish you were here in socal. I was looking to get the raven color, but the 07' R6 dont come in black

Return it under that yamaha buyback for all r6's that year since they didn't actually rev to 17k. (If you still can.) You'll get all your money back.
