I've tried to search the net, but can't find solid answers about this. Does anyone know if the bulb type from a 2005 Evo 8 is the same as for a 2007 Si? The reason I ask is because I have a kit that I can install from my old car if it will actually fit on my new Si. Thanks.

 

EVO 8 takes a D2S HID bulb. The Civic takes a 9006 Halogen bulb

 

Sorry, should make my question more clear. I had the EVO that did not have HID's stock so I bought an HID kit for it.

 

The halogen EVO 8 takes a 9006 low beam

 

Ok, then it is the same is the new Si? Or does the Si not take a 9006 as stated above?
