Tranny problem

Default Tranny problem

i dont know how many people have this happen to them but when im in 4th or 3rd gear past 4k rpm its like my tranny slips and just revs w/o accelerating can anyone help?

theonly reason i bumped so soon was because i'll be leaving for 3 weeks for work so i needed some help asap ,however i think its the original clutch it has about 162k on it if it is. thing is it des slip until it gets warm so im guessing something has gotten on it but im not sure how.

When is the last time you change the fluids? I would change the fluid and then go from there...
