Default high rev's

i'm looking at buying a 89 crx but it seems to be rev'ing at about 3000 in 5th going about 65-70km/h... is this a problem? what could the problem be? the clutch is also the stiffest i've ever used by far.

is it an Si ??? the clutch feels stiff cuz its cable operated not hydraulic like modern systems so thats normal. you'll get used to it after awhile and you get bigger calf muscles on your left leg
