What kind of rims are these?

What kind of rims are these?
These wheels are 15x6.5 4x100 and also 4x114.3 i think. I believe the original color was silver, im but not quiet sure. It has no stickers or any identification of any sort. Hope someone has a clue of what they are.

i got a set that kind looks like it......kosei....i might be wrong.
