you will need to get something to simulate correct feedback from the rear O2 sensor. If you get that done properly it should work although what kind of gains you are to receive is questionable. Why not get a high flow cat and comptech header and a custom exhaust for it?

A test pipe will cost about $65 where as the High flow cat is $250

yeah that is true but the accord v6 is very sensitive to changes in back presure. I took off my mufflers to hear what the car would sound like and it hurt my low end quite a bit and when the car has trouble launching in the first place that is not a good thing.

you can get highflow cats for MUCH cheaper man...look around...~$150
