1997 tranny same as 2001 tranny???

well my auto tranny in my 1997 prelude went bad and I already found a used on , but its a 2001 tranny. Does anything change or is the same???

yeah... it is. i got a 2000 and put it on my 99.just make sure you put your original sensors or your check engine light is gonna go crazy...

Torque converter stall speed is lower and TCM programming is slightly different for 2000 and up. Trust me. The transmission is basically the same. They are all junk though.
