which cams

I bought Brian Crower stage 3 cams but they sent stage 2's. I dont know whether or not I should waste more time and send them back and get the right cams. Or just run the ones they sent my setup and my goal being 190 + hp

my current setup got me 172 whp tuned
stock b16 cams and stock head
high compression oversized valves
s2 springs and retainers
no cam gears
skunk 2 manifold
dc sports 4-1 header

gsr block
ls crank and rods
b16 pistons
arp rod bolts
I am working on getting ITBs in the near future
I just want to knew which cams would make the most power

Make the most power where? Do you just want that glorious big peak number?
