just wondering cuz a freind i know needs to borrow my rims, and he has some hx wheels lying around....will they fit the front gsr calipers and brakes???

hmm, I had a set of stock steel 14" civic rims mounted when I bought my GSR used. Previous owner had the original rims stolen. The fronts fit just fine and I drove it like that for over a year before upgrading. Don't see why HX rims wouldn't clear. Hope you get another reply that is more clear than just a straight no.

 

out of the civic VX and HX, both similar rims (and cars), one of them is 13" and the other is 14". 14" is the smallest wheel you can fit on an integra

 

i know the hx's are 14's im just wondering if the offset will clear the brakes

 

i think the spoke of the rims rub the brake caliper

Forgot to mention that you can get them to fit by using a spacer or filing off material on the caliper.

 

Correctomundo. I already tried that.. you need spacers. This also applies to CRX Si 14" wheels as well.
