Nice Sprint Harts, I used to have a set. Damn, I miss mine.
They aren't 3 piece though. They are a 2 piece wheel. Just thought you should know.

No Sir. these are 3 peice.
You have the acutal 'hoop' of the rim. that itself is 2 peices. then you have the outter part which makes 3 peices.
heres a pic of the hoop that has been welded into its 3rd peice.
When I pulled off the tire, I asked the japaneese guy, didnt seem to weird him out. He said some harts come like this. The guy is a wheel guy, thats all he does all day, im pretty sure he knew what he was talkin about.
