I recently bought an integra to find it spun a bearing and destroyed the crankshaft. I need to replace it and I need the torque specs for the whole engine and drivetrain. I had the Helms manual but a stupid mechanic stole it and said it was never in my car. So, i just need all the torque specs , thanks.
