SRR's have gone to shit, now what???
Aight boys help me out on this one.
my SRR coilovers are done, and I will NEVER rock them again. I didnt gte a chance to use em on the track but on the street they were horrible.
My motor was finally finished now, so next season I'm hittin the circuit track for sure.
My car is daily driving, but its definatly gonna see the track next year.
What kinda suspension is good for my setup? I would liek something a little more streetable this season.
I was thinkin maybe a GC coil and koni yellows?
Or maybe a good full coil again. I really dont know.
I like to be low, thats why I am partial to a coilover for the adjustable factor.

They won't cut it for track use, way too soft.

I didn't even know SSR made coilovers
.
Some of the members recommended 400/500 GC on Koni and I like the setup. Don't have much to compare it to since I was on the Koni's + Comptech Springs before.
I was having tons of fun my first time out at a track until I boiled my brake fluid. I'm sure so of the more knowledgable guys will chime in soon!

Koni + GC is what all the experienced guys will say
400/500 is a good starting point. That'll handle well, but not be completely ridiculous, and is fine on the street.

So wouldnt a full coilover be a better choice so I can choose the ride height depending on the situation? ie daily is low and raised for track use
As opposed to a shock/spring where the height is non adjustable?
I've just been reading reviews on the BC and PIC coilovers, I was very impressed with the PIC review, it was great info

you have a "full coilover" on your car in stock form.

he is right...but not in the way that you see. The coils go over the shocks, coilover. You were meaning height adjustable coilovers. no big deal...Just figure out the stiffness of the springs that you want and go from there.
