Default Brake grind feeling

Earlier today i was about to back into my driveway and i had the wheel turned all the way to the right and pressed on the brakes, not hard at all only coming to a stop from under 10 mph and it felt like a grinding feeling in the brake pedal. It was almost like an ABS feelin, the road was wet however I didnt slid at all or hit the brakes hard.

Its funny because it only happens in that spot ive never felt it do that anywhere else. I was thinking maybe because their are two slight bumps and the car is lowered somehow the wheel i coming up and by me tapping the breaks the car thinks that im slidding therefore engaging abs. Just a thought.
