Default Wiper Problem

For some reason today when I went out to turn my car on my wiper also turned on for no reason. I look at the switch and its off. I made sure that the wiper lever is all the way up which it is. The high speed work and it work when you pull the lever down. It seems to be stuck in medium speed or so. Int. Doesn't work either. What might be the problem? Maybe its the switch itself?
