Default Wind Shield squick and brake flude pipe loose.

07 Civic LX
I having wind shield squick, does any of you have this problem?
Another problem I just had was a brake fluid pipe loose and dripping some
brake fluid. It got on the the lower cross bar(I think) and the paint has been corroded off. Should I paint this over so that it dosen't get rusted? if I do need it what type of paint should I use? I like to take care of this soon before snow storm comes.

I would bring it to the dealership.
they will cover any damage caused, if it wasn't messed with prior to it coming loose.

I still think its funny how people will try to fix a brand new car on their own before taking it in.... warranties are there so we can be lazy until the car is old.
