squeeking noise when brakes are applied
I have a 00 accord lx 4 banger...recently I took my car to honda to get the wheel bearing fixed but after that I've been hearing this squeeking noise coming from the left side...at first i thought it could be a pad or rotor problem...I changed out the pads and rotors since they needed service anyways...but the noise is still there....and it only happens when i apply the brakes too! sounds like it's coming from a rotational object because it's not constant squeeking....sounds like when the wheel hit a specific point...it'll squeek...but only during braking...please help
Does anyone know this type of problems? Please help >.< it's really really annoying to have to hear the squeeking noise everytime i drive...
could be from all the banging and pulling to get knuckle out to take apart wheel bearing/hub. i'd start by looking at lower balljoint under lower control arm. also check sway bar bushings could be squeaking due to age? could be brake pad indicator as it gets closer to rotor will squeak just occasionally, then all the time. check the inner pad with the wear bar on that squeaking side, maybe it just needs pads? repost if anything worked/found
